    What are the advantages or disadvantages for vine management, in terms of yield, susceptibility to disease and ripeness?
    Does wine made from free-standing vines have a distinctive taste and aroma? Would consumers be attracted by this "original side"?

    Is it not simply a question of heritage? The memory of a way of growing that has disappeared. The witness and guardian of a history.
