  • The Domaine Guyot is located on the border between town and vines in the former farm of the Abbaye Saint-Martin. It grows the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté varietals. Baptiste Guyot works his vines with a sustainable approach, favoring plowing between the rows and the application of organic treatments. He has plots in Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Volnay, Pommard, and Monthelie, and obtained HVE certification in 2020.
