Located on the first floor of a charming house in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, on the Burgundy Grands Crus route. A modern dining room in shades of beige and white, enhanced by the bright colours of the paintings on the walls and the flowers that brighten up the tables covered with white tablecloths and sober, elegant crockery. With jazz music playing in the background, you'll enjoy a delicate and convivial gastronomic experience. Our team, smiling and available, makes it a point of honour to provide you with top-of-the-range service and to meet all your expectations.
We offer a carefully selected range of almost 300 wines, mainly from the Burgundy region.

The refined menu, devised by Emilie Rey and Edouard Mignot, includes starters, fish dishes, meats, cheeses and desserts. A wide choice that will delight budding gourmets as well as the most discerning gourmets.

Restaurant Edem also offers menus ranging from 37 euros (served at lunchtime from Wednesday to Saturday) to 105 euros (6 courses).
