The great classics: calf’s head, flank steak with shallots, veal blanquette prepared in the old-fashioned way and more share the menu with the timeless cast of our gourmet heritage: pike quenelles with homemade Nantua sauce, kidneys in Madeira sauce, andouillette, supreme of farm poultry and, as a sweet epilogue: profiteroles, real Tarte Tropézienne, seasonal tart or crepes Suzette.
Our sommelier will advise you on our best Burgundy vintages and a wide selection of wines from other French regions.
