In 2013, after a rich career in prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, Mathieu GAUDEAU opened L'ARDOISE, a place that reflects his personal vision of gastronomy.
Inspired by the spirit of authentic Bistros, he has created a restaurant where simplicity and generosity are at the heart of the experience. In a friendly atmosphere, L'ARDOISE puts the spotlight on fine produce, sublimated by sincere, unpretentious cooking, all accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen fine wines.
Our cellar contains over 350 carefully selected wines from the best winegrowers in France, whose know-how and respect for the terroir produce authentic wines.
