A farm-to-fork restaurant at Le Château in Mimande. The menu is made up of simple, unprocessed products linked to the local area. Chez Armand, open Wednesday to Friday, lunch and dinner. Reopening on Thursday 13 March 2025. I'm a farmer and I want to show that it's possible to eat healthy, home-cooked food prepared with care and with products whose provenance you know. The meat - cow and sheep - comes directly from my farm 20 minutes from Chassagne-Montrachet. A permaculture garden is being created at the Château for the side dishes.
