Le Clos de la Belle Chatelaine : Visite & découverte de la Truffe

A gourmet experience: a vineyard, a truffle field, an orchard
On the heights of Beaune, on the Montagne de Beaune, in the heart of nature, between vineyards and forests, La Belle Chatelaine gives you access to the secrets of its three-hundred-year-old vineyard.
Jean-Louis MARTIN, the owner and winegrower, is passionate about his region, its terroir and its fine products. He welcomes you and invites you to discover his lyre-shaped vines, truffle field, orchard, vegetable garden and greenhouse, as a family, with friends or as a romantic get-together.
The stroll through the vineyard is interactive, with commentary, and above all, gourmet: you can pick and taste some of the organic seasonal fruit directly from the tree or bush: blackcurrants, raspberries, peaches, blackberries, apricots....

A convivial tasting, outdoors or sheltered under the awning of the stone hut, extends the walk.

Find out all about the Burgundy truffle: take a walk around the truffle plantation: the trees, planting, maintenance, research and taste 2 truffle toasts.
