To mark the famous Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, the Nuiton-Beaunoy winegrowers are opening the doors to their cellar – which has been specially illuminated for the occasion – and invite you to (re)discover a selection of their Grands Vins de Bourgogne.

For several years now, our Prestige Dinner has become an unmissable event for lovers of fine wines and refined cuisine. Every edition is fully booked.
To enable more enthusiasts to enjoy this unique experience, two additional Prestige Lunches are being offered this year.
On the menu:
Amuse-bouche – Gougères
Starter – Perfect frozen egg, smoked trout from Veuxhaulles and a trio of yellow, orange and purple carrots
Fish – Sea bass fillet en croûte, autumn vegetable tartare and lemon sauce
Meat – 8-hour braised heifer’s chuck, carcass jus, creamy carrot purée with cumin and black trumpet mushrooms
Cheese – 12-month-old Comté, Citeaux, Epoisses
Dessert – Burgundian ‘coussin’ with Briottet blackcurrant mixture and blackcurrant compote
