Come and discover "In Vino Fabulas", a "Wine Woman Show" by actress Sophie Jammet, accompanied by Boris Guilloteau, author of the comic strip "Un grand Bourgogne oublié", who will be drawing live on the big screen, the wine and Burgundy of the Climats.
An immersion in wine through poetry and theatre, through wine tasting and amuse-bouche, enhanced by the visual experience of watching drawings being created live under the high contemporary arches of the château's vat-house, an exceptional venue.
Château de Saint-Aubin stands out for its elegant architecture and its vaulted cellars carved out of the limestone rock, true sanctuaries of the terroir, combining tradition and authenticity. Participants are invited on a journey to the heart of Burgundy's climats, in a setting steeped in history and emotion.
