Château de Saint-Aubin contains 300 years of Burgundy history within its walls. The historic building stands in the middle of a vineyard in the heart of the village. Underground, the vaulted stone cellars house wines matured in barrels.
Custodians of many past and future vintages, they offer ideal maturing conditions thanks to their perfect temperature and hygrometry.
