In a friendly, open-air café-style atmosphere, we offer a traditional dish from the Aveyron region: Aligot with Sausage, prepared on the premises – the sausages are grilled over vine shoots.
To accompany this dish, we recommend a glass of Pommard 1er Cru Les Grands Epenots 2024.
Wines by the glass will be available (for purchase) from the estate’s other appellations.
