Dive into the heart of a delicious and unusual event at the SAB'S Distillery on Sunday 28 June 2026.
As part of the regional battle of the Association de l'Œuf Mayo - Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, come and watch a unique competition in which 12 competitors will battle it out to earn their place at the World Mayo Egg Championship in Paris.
From 11am, the doors of the distillery will be open to the public for a live culinary battle that's as convivial as it is creative. Each participant will offer his or her best interpretation of this great classic, under the watchful eye of the jury... and the public.
After the competition, it's time for the tasting, followed by the jury's deliberation to elect the regional winner.
The day will continue in a festive atmosphere with a SAB'S cocktail, before we sit down to our unmissable still banquet (starter, main course, cheese, dessert).
Local winemakers will also be on hand to introduce you to their wines, with the option of buying on the spot.
