Apéros avec VUE is back for 2 new evenings. The promise: an aperitif dinner in a private venue that is usually closed to the public! Off the beaten track, discover some of the most unusual places and viewpoints on the UNESCO Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne site: a renowned wine estate, a site with a breathtaking view over the vineyards or an emblematic historic site.
Join us at the Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne for an evening in a place steeped in history, privatised for the occasion.
When you arrive, you'll be able to find out what makes these World Heritage sites so special, and in particular the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne site. This introduction will be accompanied by a commented tasting of 2 wines by a winemaker from Domaine Manuel Olivier and a guided ascent of the Tour Philippe Le Bon to enjoy the view over Dijon's historic centre. Then enjoy the rest of the evening, lulled by the magic of the place and the atmosphere of the moment... and enjoy your meal of 100% Côte-d'Or seasonal produce and a glass of Dijon wine (or juice).
