Le Cottage de la Côte

In the house, you'll enjoy a cosy fitted kitchen opening onto the large 70m² terrace, which is fully paved with Burgundy flagstones. The kitchen is equipped with a large breakfast table.
For added convenience, there is an open-plan mezzanine dining room adjoining the kitchen.
On the ground floor, the lounge has 2 sofas, a television and table football.

On the upper floors are the 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a new 160cm bed. Two of them have a vanity unit.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a large cupboard containing the washing machine. There is a separate toilet.

Next to the house, in an outbuilding, you will have the pleasure of enjoying an infrared sauna, which is therefore accessible to children.

In the garden, a lovely 3x6m swimming pool will refresh you. You can enjoy a chilled Chardonnay on one of the deckchairs or at one of the small tables scattered around the grounds.
Speaking of Chardonnay, the large terrace adjoining the house is ideal for aperitifs overlooking the Montrachet and summer barbecues. With its shaded table, plancha, armchairs and deckchairs, it's the perfect place to spend a convivial moment!
