Led by one of our enthusiastic sommeliers, the vineyard tour takes the epi-curious on a discovery of the famous Climats de Bourgogne, the historically demarcated plots of land that give wines their distinctive character.
The nature of the subsoil and its influence, the classification of wines, then the work of the vine and the winegrower: this tour provides the keys to understanding Burgundy wines and their subtleties.

Olivier Leflaive and his brother Patrick open the doors of their cellar to visitors with a sense of humour, where the Grands Crus slowly mature their aromas until they become exceptional wines.
The visit lifts the veil on the secrets of the harvest, fermentation, ageing and bottling.
