The "Awakening of the Senses" tour programme:

* Sacred vines! Relive the history of man and the vine through a unique sound and light show! Plunged into darkness, voices with Burgundian accents, screens and tools emerge from the shadows to reveal the secrets of wine and vines. A funny, sometimes tragic, but always lively 40-minute adventure celebrating Burgundy's prestigious vineyards and the people who have shaped them. Bright and colourful, this place is a fine blend of art, cinema and mise-en-scène that honours the vine, the wine and the people.
Available in French, English, German, Chinese and Japanese.
- Interactive tasting of 5 exceptional wines: Appellations Villages, Premier Cru and Grand Cru de Bourgogne.

o Monday/ Wednesday/ Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday: Open from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6.30pm
o Tuesday: 2pm-6.30pm
o Sunday: 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm
Last visit: 2 hours before closing time.
- From 01/04 to 31/12/2025: open from 10am to 7pm every day EXCEPT TUESDAY MORNING - Last tour departs at 5pm.
