L'escargot B. is 2 minutes from Beaune, in Meursanges.
Our farm is on a human scale, with no industry in its history.
In a green setting, we breed French snails, Helix Aspersa or "gros gris". We love to welcome visitors and share our passion with them.
In the heart of Burgundy, 10 minutes from Beaune, L'escargot B. invites you to visit its farm.
After immersing yourself in the life of a snail farmer, take a tour of the snail pens and then sample our snails, cooked directly on site.
The snails can be seen from mid-May until around mid-September, when they are harvested.
Outside this period, we are always happy to welcome you and share our knowledge and experience.
