In an exceptional, completely renovated setting on the banks of the Bouzaize, a stone's throw from the historic heart of Beaune, on the route des Grands Crus, push open the door of the Cave d'Elisée to discover the wines of Burgundy.
Hosted by vine and wine experts, Mélodie and Hugo invite you on a fascinating journey through the history of Burgundy, revealing the secrets of its unique terroirs, the meticulous work of the vine and the subtleties of the art of wine tasting. Each of the winegrowers represented in the cellar has been selected for the accuracy and quality of their vintage, so that you can taste the very best that our region has to offer.
During your visit, we will passionately share our expertise to offer you an authentic and rewarding oenological experience.

Open every day :
Sunday and Monday: 10am - 6.30pm
Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 7.30pm (last tasting starts at 6pm)
