  • Discovery of the Clos de la Belle Chatelaine, completely organic, in the heart of a pine forest: its high vine, its truffle field, its fruit trees, its red fruits and, since 2021, its permaculture vegetables. Tasting of organic jams and / or fruits of the Clos (12€) or tasting of 2 wines and blackcurrant cream (15€).
    Jean-Louis will tell you about the creation of the Clos, then the phylloxera, more than 120 years ago, and finally its complete renovation since 2013.
