Art du Tonneau invites you to immerse yourself in the history of cooperage.
Art du Tonneau organises events at our premises in Vignoles and throughout France.
Learn about and discover the history of cooperage going back more than 2000 years. We'll teach you how to make your own barrel in an original, fun and participative workshop.
Our concept is unique in France! A fun, participative workshop, ideal for your seminars or family outings in a very friendly spirit. We can welcome you individually or in groups. We invite you to discover cooperage in our workshop.
Our workshops are divided into 3 parts: first, we'll explain the history of cooperage, the type of wood and the work involved. Then you'll assemble YOUR own barrel, and finally you'll learn about toasting, tapping and the final stages before shipping.
So don't hesitate any longer... Surprise your participants with an original and fun activity!
