From April to September, the Musée des Beaux-Arts will be staging a retrospective of the work of British sculptor Paul Day, who has settled in Burgundy. Twenty-five years of work and a hundred or so works on display provide an insight into the creative process of Paul Day, an atypical artist who has established his own vision of sculpture, going against the grain of artistic fashions.
After this exceptional opening on the occasion of the Wine Sale, the exhibition will close its doors for good to make way for the rest of the museum's programme.
