Join us for a stroll through the historic rooms of the hospital to the former vat room of the Hospices de Beaune. Then take the time to chat with Laurent Gotti, author of Hospices de Beaune, la saga d'un hôpital-vigneron, published in 2009 and reissued in 2025. In the course of the discussion, the story of how the book came to be written led us to take another look at the history of the site. When the Hôtel-Dieu hospital and the Hospices de Beaune estate become one!
