To mark the bicentenary of its publication and the death of its author, Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (1755-1826), the Château du Clos de Vougeot will be offering visitors an exhibition entitled "Brillat-Savarin or the Birth of Gastronomy" from April 2025.
