Chagny, con su espíritu gastronómico entre Beaune y Chalon-sur-Saône y en la encrucijada de vías de comunicación y grandes viñedos entre la Côte de Beaune y la Côte Chalonnaise, siempre ha sido una ciudad de paso. Históricamente, para los Hospitaliers de Saint-Jean, en el Château de Bellecroix, para los automovilistas en torno a la N6, para los barqueros en el canal du centre y hoy para los ciclistas y peatones que toman la voie verte o las rutas de senderismo. Con su restaurante 3 estrellas Michelin y su colorido y acogedor mercado dominical, Chagny es tierra de hospitalidad.

Vamos a dar una vuelta por Chagny. Saquemos las bicis y pedaleemos hacia el norte, hacia Beaune, por la Voie des Etangs, o hacia el sur, por la Voie Verte a lo largo del Canal du Centre.
