Fromagerie Gaugry

Since 1946, Fromagerie Gaugry has been making quality products using authentic Burgundian methods and know-how.
Located in Brochon, it specialises in the production of soft, washed-rind cheeses and continues the regional cheese-making tradition, while expanding and modernising its production.
Fromagerie Gaugry's cheeses include Époisses PDO, Soumaintrain PGI, Petit Gaugry and Ami du Chambertin, all of which are almost unique in France and require a great deal of expertise and passion.
The cheese dairy is currently undergoing some changes... Visits and tastings are suspended during the works until the end of 2027, but you can find your favourite and emblematic cheeses in a temporary shop. Enter from the rear of our site, towards the Super U car park in Brochon (via the Chemin du Saule).
