At the museum, we're ready for the grape harvest!
The first stage in winemaking is to transform the grapes into juice.
How does it work?
The workshop takes place in the vat room of the Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne - Musée du Vin, where monumental old wine presses are on display.
Using a small wooden press, children learn how to press grapes.
They can prepare the grapes and press them by hand, while observing the result!
