DAY 1
BEAUNE, JEWEL OF BURGUNDY
Hospices de Beaune - Moutarderie Fallot

Beaune. The parliamentary capital of a duchy which already in the 16th century was a forerunner of Europe, Beaune, a city of art, illustrates all the flamboyance of the epic of a province which made the kings of France tremble. Today, Beaune is the hub of the Burgundy wine trade and is a remarkable city of art, with its old houses with glazed roofs, enclosed within its ramparts.

Free time to discover the town's famous local market.
Guided tour of the Hospices. Behind an almost austere façade, the Hôtel-Dieu reveals all its splendour in the superb courtyard of honour, so often chosen as the emblem of Burgundy, with its glazed tile roofs.

Lunch at leisure.

Guided tour of the Fallot mustard factory, with a museum space dedicated to mustard offering an interactive discovery tour using the most modern museographic processes.
Drive to Dijon,

Free dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in the centre of Dijon.


DAY 2
Nuits-Saint-Georges
The Cassissium

Breakfast at the hotel.

Visit of the Cassissium, the museum, a film on the history of blackcurrant and Chanoine Kir, the guided tour of the Védrenne liquor factory. The visit ends with a tasting of our products (creams, liqueurs and syrups).

Lunch at leisure.

Free time in the city centre of Dijon for some final shopping or to complete your visit of the city.
